Property & Project Information: property addresses, ownership documents, project details, vendor contacts, and related real estate records provided for coordination or documentation purposes.
Business Information: entity names, EIN/tax identification numbers, and related business records as necessary to perform administrative support.
Communications: emails, messages, and correspondence you send to us.
Usage Data: information about how you access our website or communicate with us electronically.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide property documentation support, real estate project coordination, vendor coordination, property research, operational reporting, and administrative support services.
Communicate with you regarding projects, deliverables, and service updates.
Maintain accurate records required for real estate project documentation.
Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

4. Remote Services

Our services are provided remotely. All document transfers and communications occur through secure electronic channels. You are responsible for maintaining the security of access credentials to any shared platforms or portals.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and comply with our legal obligations. Project-related records are typically retained for a minimum of five (5) years following project completion.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Sloan's Lake Managing Member, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for real estate administrative and management support services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide remote real estate administrative and operational support, including but not limited to:

Property documentation support
Real estate project coordination
Vendor coordination
Property research
Operational reporting
Administrative support
Real estate project documentation

All services are administrative in nature. We do not provide legal, financial, brokerage, or investment advice.

2. Engagement & Authorization

Services are initiated upon execution of a written agreement or statement of work. You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services. Any changes to scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. Remote Delivery

All services are performed remotely. You agree to provide timely access to necessary documents, systems, and information via secure electronic means. Delays caused by your failure to provide required materials may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are set forth in the applicable agreement or invoice. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All work product and deliverables produced by us in connection with your project, upon full payment, become your property. We retain the right to use general methodologies, templates, and non-confidential processes developed independently.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared in connection with the services. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sloan's Lake Managing Member, LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misrepresentation, misuse of deliverables, or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with fourteen (14) days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Notice will be provided via email or our website. Continued engagement after notice constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This Refund Policy governs requests for refunds or credits in connection with services provided by Sloan's Lake Managing Member, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to delivering high-quality administrative and operational support and handling all refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. General Policy

Because our services are administrative and project-based in nature, fees paid for services already rendered are generally non-refundable. We deliver value through time, expertise, and coordination — resources that cannot be recovered once applied to your project.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

Service Not Rendered: If payment was made and we have not commenced work, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Partial Completion: If a project is terminated before completion (by either party), you may be eligible for a partial refund for work not yet performed, calculated on a pro-rata basis relative to the total agreed scope.
Material Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables due to our error or inability to perform, a credit or refund for the undelivered portion will be issued after internal review.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Services have been fully rendered as agreed.
Delays or incomplete results caused by your failure to provide required documents, access, or information.
Change of mind after work has commenced.
Dissatisfaction with outcomes that are outside our administrative scope (e.g., third-party vendor decisions, market conditions, or legal outcomes).

4. Retainers & Deposits

Any retainer or deposit paid to secure services is non-refundable if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled project start date. Retainers paid more than 72 hours before the project start may be refunded in full if no work has commenced.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us at help@sloans-lake-managing-member.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Your full name and company (if applicable)
Invoice number and date of payment
Description of the services in question
Reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter in writing to help@sloans-lake-managing-member.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes professionally and in good faith.
